The cricketers are running the Frenchay 10k on Sunday 13th August to raise money towards buying new cricket covers for the club.

They will also be raising money for “It’s in the bag” – a local charity raising awareness of testicular cancer. The charity’s aims are to support people suffering from the disease and to celebrate survival. Testicular cancer is the most common form of cancer in young men so is an important issue for the players.

The Frenchay 10k race also supports Brandon Trust – a charity supporting the lives of people with multiple disabilities – which is an issue close to the cricket club as they are home to another disabled persons charity “Pauls Place”, and The Family Centre (Deaf Children).
